A.M. Payne & Associates, Inc. provides tax and accounting services to business owners, individuals, and fiduciaries. Its roots lead back to Marty Payne and 1976. Marty started the company with a vision of carefully listening to and then advising clients. His goal was to help clients succeed by teaching them to not only work IN their business but to take time to work ON their business. By cultivating a two-way dialogue with clients and making sure that their questions and concerns were promptly addressed, he built and inspired customer loyalty.
He motivated and empowered his employees by delegating and allowing them to constantly expand their areas of expertise based on their individual motivations and desires. These methods benefit clients with more accurate and timely financial data which in turn allow them to make effective decisions.
